Merrimon Wynne Photographer Raleigh | Bridal Session
People ask why brides do bridal portraits and I ask…why not?! You rock that dress time and time again girlfriend. An extra occasion to get dressed up with mom and your sister, take home a Wylde Flowers bouquet and an excuse to go to dinner all dolled up? Yes please.
Jinny did her bridal session at Merrimon-Wynne where she was set to marry her sweetheart James. The downtown Raleigh historic estate is a photographer’s dream spot for bridal portraits or really any occasion. Everything is light and airy. The grounds are polished and there’s sweet little details everywhere you turn. The women who run the place are also awesome! My favorite new addition to the house might be the pressed hydrangeas framed in the upstairs hallway! I love the way the light pours in through the windows in that upstairs hallway at the Merrimon-Wynne. Pair that light with those gorgeous simple frames…yes please!
Jinny’s style is classic and elegant. I love how simple her dress and accessories are. They tied in perfectly with her elegant look that looked SO lovely next to her husband’s military uniform on their wedding day. I love the gorgeous lace detail on the dress fabric! Her April wedding was a dream and you can see an album of photos from her sneak peek here. Shout out to Jinny’s mom and sister her were so helpful and fun at the session! You can see Jinny’s bridal session vendors at the bottom of the post.
